This pizza was inspired by a few restaurant menus I have seen over the years in Pittsburgh. I added a few touches like adding ranch dressing to the sauce, and the flavor goes very well with the rest of the ingredients. You can adjust the amount of BBQ sauce and ranch dressing to your taste.
- 1 Boboli Thin Pizza Shell
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 2 cups cooked, roasted chicken breast, chopped
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
Combine BBQ sauce and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over pizza shell. Top with the chopped onions and chicken. Combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and sprinkle evenly over the pizza. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
